Claudia and her team of professionals offer stress and pain management through acupuncture, yoga, massage, facials, and alternative remedies like Gua Sha (the practice of using a tool to apply pressure and scrape the skin to relieve pain and tension) and Body Cupping. Serasana offers clients a choice of over two dozen organic healing teas at their serene tea bar, the front of which is reclaimed chestnut wood from Claudia’s family barn. You can rejuvenate with a cup of their Golden Milk (turmeric, ginger, pepper, cinnamon, agave and almond milk) after a healing massage or grab an Iced Signature Hibiscus Tea after an energizing yoga class.
